About this Blog

So, I saw this ad about people losing a lot of weight. It came via a chrome notification from pusherism.com. It's obviously a scam but I liked the concept. It's a long standing ad meme, Lose Weight Quick, Make Money Quick, Download Super Fast... it's always some lame ad or scam.

Nutrafy is a real product. It can be bought at https://www.nutrafy.com/products/garcinia-cambogia

So, Garcinia Cambogia turns out to be this breakthrough thing that helps people lose excess weight fast. As it turns out, it's just a fancy name for a tropical fruit also known as Malabar Tamarind.
And it also turns out, I'm from the Malabar region of India and I have Tamarind's growing literally in my backyard in my uncle's plantation.

I'm reading up about it on WebMD. Here's what it said:

How It Works

The active ingredient in the fruit's rind, hydroxycitric acid, or HCA, has boosted fat-burning and cut back appetite in studies. It appears to block an enzyme called citrate lyase, which your body uses to make fat. It also raises levels of the brain chemical serotonin, which may make you feel less hungry.

I'm thinking about trying it out and posting my 30 day weight loss progress. I'm sure it won't be as massive as other people but even losing 2kg or 3kg could be a potentially good thing for my health.
